There are Two Ways to Submit and get your tourist visa in Taiwan
For Philippine passport holders with valid US, CANADA, UK, JAPAN, AUSTRALIA, NEW ZEALAND, and/or SCHENGEN visas, you will be exempted for the visa application process and get a travel authorization certificate online for free less hasle. Just fill up the form on their website, print out the certificate, and you’re ready to go. This will be valid for ninety (90) days and is good for multiple entries.
If you don’t have a valid visa to the countries mentioned above, then you’ll need to apply for a Taiwan tourist visa. but don't worry it's easy.
Step 1: GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
- Online Application form to be filled out here. Once you’ve filled out and printed the form, be sure to submit this with all other requirements within fifteen (15) days. Otherwise, you'll need to fill out the application form again.
2. Valid Philippine passport. Must have at least with 6 months validity.
3. Two (2) 1.5″ x 2″ passport photos with white background taken within the last six (6) months.
5. NSO-provided marriage certificate.
SUPPORTING DOCUMENTS
these are the additional documents you’ll need to provide (but not totally necessary) because when I get my Visa I only have my general requirements with me. I never been employed that time and I only have my bank accounts with me. but since they found out that I always travel abroad without violating laws they approved my visa application without any questions.
but complete submission of these documents will be Very helpful in obtaining your visa but not guarantee visa issuance.

- Confirmed Roundtrip Ticket
